Why is polar fleece so warm?

They are made by using a chemical reaction involving petroleum and petroleum derivatives. These chemicals are heated until they form a thick syrup, which then hardens and is spun to form threads. Due to the structure of the fibers, fleece is extremely warm and and allows air to flow through it easily.

How do you keep polar fleece soft?

To keep your fleece soft, avoid washing it in warm or hot water, and spot clean it (instead of machine washing it) as much as possible. If you have to wash your fleece, let it air dry, then use a soft bristle brush to comb it out and make it nice and fluffy again.

Is polar fleece fabric stretchy?

Insulating: Polar fleece fabric has great insulating properties, keeping you warm. Lightweight: For it's size and thickness, our polar fleece fabric is very lightweight. Stretchy: This fabric also has a two-way stretch, increasing comfort.

Polar fleece is with soft touch and grain look, can be widly used as shell/Lining fabric for garments and bonded products.

Sampling qtty requires one roll and only about 7-10 days.

We can do print pattern, jacquard pattern workmanships on it.

It can meet test US and EU physical and chemical standard, also some swatches are with different compositions which will have a better look. We are certificated of GRS when producing recycled compositions.
