Warp knitted fabrics are often made of polyester, nylon, polypropylene and other composite filaments, and some are also made of cotton, wool, silk,chemical fiber and their blended yarn. Ordinary warp knitted fabrics are often woven with chain weave, plain weave, satin weave, and diagonal weave.

There are many kinds of fancy warp knitted fabrics, including mesh fabrics, wool fabrics, pleated fabrics, plush fabrics, weft lining fabrics, etc. The warp knitted fabric has the advantages of good longitudinal dimensional stability, neat fabric, small detachability, no crimping, good air permeability and so on. The transverse extension, elasticity and softness of weft knitted fabrics are not as good as those of weft knitted fabrics.

Polyester warp knitting fabric is woven with low elastic polyester yarn of the same denier, or interwoven with low elastic yarn of different denier as the raw material.

Warp knit kinds include many styles such as grains look and curling look, can be widly used as shell/combo fabric for garments and toys.

Sampling qtty requires one roll and only about 7-10 days.

We can do print pattern, jacquard pattern workmanships on it.

It can meet test US and EU physical and chemical standard, also some swatches are with different compositions which will have a better look. We are certificated of GRS when producing recycled compositions.
